Warren Fenn’s passion for fishing began at the tender age of eight, when he caught his first carp whilst out fishing with his stepdad.

It wasn't until he moved to Lincolnshire at the age of 11 when the carp bug really struck him. Warren managed to catch his first 20lb carp from a local water aged 13. Warren tells us that it was this capture that kick-started his passion for targeting certain carp. Being a keen sportsman throughout his teenage years his passion for carp fishing was always put aside, as he had to focus on his athletics training. It wasn't until he moved back to London in his early twenties that his passion for carp fishing took control once again. Since being back in London, Warren has fished notable venues such as Crayfish Pool, Richmond Park, Bushey Park, Farlows Lake, Thorney Weir and Silvermere. Having a busy professional boxing career limits his time on the bank so he always tries to make every session count. When he's fishing Warren tends to target the oldies or character fish, rather than the biggest. He also always fishes light and mobile, ensuring that he can always move to get on the fish and make his time count.
